Ascent Pain Management

Dr. Grieshaber is a board-certified anesthesiologist and fellowship-trained pain management physician. 

 

He is a native New Orleanian and completed his undergraduate education at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He attended medical school at Louisiana State University in New Orleans where he graduated in 2009. 

Dr. Grieshaber completed his residency in anesthesiology at Ochsner Clinic Foundation.  He then went on to complete a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH.  

 

His philosophy is treating the whole patient.  He feels that it is important to listen to his patients and work together as a team to develop a treatment plan.  He prefers to use a multi-modal approach utilizing medical, complimentary, and interventional options to best manage and relieve chronic pain.   

 

He finds it very rewarding when he is able to help his patients regain their quality of life through management of their pain.
